What Kind of World by the Roundhouse Choir
At the start of the pandemic, the longstanding Roundhouse Choir took their weekly Sound & Song workshops online. Led by musician Leah Abramson, the group adapted their collaborative song-writing process to the new normal- going on solo soundwalks in their own neighbourhoods, and reporting back to the online group with photos, videos, observations, and inspirations that informed their song-writing process.
Their original new song What Kind of World is a poetic reflection and a hopeful call. It’s also real catchy, and I hope it stays with you the way it’s staying with me. Enjoy, and congratulations to all the participants of Sound & Song.
